New Work - Sahara Gold, Spotted Jack, & Fire Storm
These are three that I just finished up.
"Sahara Gold" is 6x8 on hardboard.
"Spotted Jack" is 5x7 on birch.
"Fire Storm" is 2.5 x 3.5 on multimedia art board.
Ha! Gail, I thought you might appreciate that one! I have done a few with ravens/crows now...and your work is in part an inspiration for those, but, they are not something I plan to do very often. This one was really unplanned, too...it just kinda happened when I had a blank aceo in front of me and no real plans for anything to do, just needed to use up some left-over paint from the morning painting session. The colors decided it.
Thankyou, Linda! I love that spotted jack, too! He was a 'happy jack' too, (as in the Enzyte commercials). I could have taken many more photos of him, but, the attention was getting him too excited and it became too embarrassing to stay! LOL!
All three are wonderful, but I have a special fondness for the horse and crow!
ReplyDeleteLove all these new paintings, all wonderful the arab mare and foal are enchanting, and have a soft spot for spotted Jack.Lindax
